Exchange and return policy

At Surra, we are keen to ensure that your order reaches you in the best possible condition. To achieve this, we ask that you read the terms and conditions below before purchasing:


  • Enter all the information required from you and make sure it is correct to ensure that your request is received.


  • We apologize for canceling the order after payment.


  • If an error is confirmed in the order, we will take appropriate action to correct it and bear the costs. The store must be notified of the error within 7 days of receiving the order.


  • Goods and merchandise are returned in cases where a defect or malfunction is discovered, even if it can be repaired. The store must be notified of the defect within 7 days of receiving the order.


  • Leather goods are returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery of the shipment to the customer.


  • Returned products will not be accepted if they are missing price tags, names, original packaging (repackaged), free products, and product accessories.


  • To return or exchange, the consumer must not have used it in any way.


  • The consumer is not entitled to exchange or return if he was aware of the defect or fault in the product when purchasing it and accepted it in its condition and this was proven in the purchase invoice.


  • The store disclaims any responsibility for any shipment returned to us due to the customer not responding to the representative or shipping companies’ calls, and for any shipment that its owner does not receive for 5 days. If the customer wishes to have the order resent to him, he must pay the shipping cost again.


  • The store disclaims any responsibility for any delay in shipping and delivery by shipping companies, as we do our best to get orders out as soon as possible, and we cannot control external circumstances related to shipping companies and delivery representatives.
